Refund policy
Aptiva is committed to providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.
Eligible for Refund Items that are unused and in the same condition as when you received them are eligible for refund requests. Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of the order being received.
Not Eligible for Refund Refunds are not available for:
Used or damaged goods after receipt
Products that are not in their original packaging
Gift cards
Change of mind
Refund Procedure To request a refund, please provide your order number and the reason for the return to our customer service team at {contact@aptiva.pk}. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Shipping Charges Shipping charges are non-refundable. Unless the return was due to our error, the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund if you are eligible for one.
Defective or Damaged Products If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any applicable shipping fees.
